3D Crystal Laser Inner Engraving Machine is used for creation of 2D or 3D images inside of crystal. Complete device consists of Nd:YAG laser, x-y-z scanning positioning unit, electronic control system and software. Letters, logotypes and real three-dimensional pictures can be engraved inside of crystal or other transparent materials using this device. The operation of system is fully controlled by PC. It enables user to define all marking specifications: size and density of points, position of image inside crystal. Software accepts input files in dxf, bmp formats or common two-dimensional graphic software. The same software controls the status of whole device. Advanced and patented design Nd: YAG laser is used for laser source in the system. Devices with options for larger field engraving, higher engraving speed is available. Enquiries are welcome on custom designed 3D crystal laser inner engraving systems. 3D laser inner engraving is applicable in industrial crystal products, for example glass bottle, glass plates, TV tubes can be marked with serial numbers or identification codes. A variety of crystal or glass products - art crystal, windows or mirrors can also be marked for decoration or advertising purposes. Generally speaking, controlled by computer, the crystal can move correspondingly with the laser focus point, where the crystal will become gasified by the high temperature and form a little point. A lot of such points will compose a diaphanous and ideal solid pattern. The patterns can be made easily with 3DMAX, AUTOCAD R14, PHOTOSHOP and so on.
In the vertical direction, we use dynamic mode while in the plane we use stable mode. That is to say in the vertical direction the laser focus points are moveable. As for the move method, the servo control system that we choose has the highest precision and the highest speed.
The kind we used is the pulse power supply .The highest frequency of it is 100HZ.S imply speaking, it can engrave at most 100 points in one second. And as for the cooling of YAG laser, we use compressor team to refrigerate the system, thus on one hand, it is saving; on the other hand, it has no pollution.
